Carbon is the giant axis that sustains the Earth. It is one of the most important elements that make up the world we live in and the primal substance. This substance, carbon, is forged into the strongest and most beautiful gemstone, diamond, through deep underground and high heat with immense pressure. The existence of diamonds is also considered a 'blessing from the divine.' Through harsh processes of carbonization (1t) at temperatures of 1000°C to 1500°C and further heat treatment at 2500°C to 3000°C, humans produce carbon fiber. Despite many attempts and research, it was clear that due to the nature of the material itself, shaping it into various forms like diamonds and the complex process made it difficult to popularize. The ability to create beautiful works with such a difficult-to-obtain special material is considered a 'blessing' in itself. I wish to admire beautiful artworks made from carbon, a substance that naturally lasts for over 10,000 years, along with the eternity of diamonds. If we can create works of beauty and rarity like jewels using carbon, the same element (6C) and isomer of diamond, it may also be an act of 'divine blessing' with the abilities given by the divine. Carbon, which is carbonized by high heat and pressure and even when burned into flames, does not perish but regenerates, symbolizes not eternal life such as death, absence, and extinction but rather new rebirth, resurrection, and eternal life (1):) through the artist's ideology, concepts, and actions, infusing eternity into the artwork. I pray that the healing, hope, resurrection (12: gold), and various emotions of love felt in the artwork become a 'divine blessing' to all who admire it.
